"The Sushi Dude" Sushi Chef James Nickerson
It all started in 2009 at Waterfront Grille in New Bedford MA when James was a Banquet Chef who dabbled in Sushi during low season at the restaurant. One day the Sushi Gods said "The Sushi Chef gave his notice and now we need YOU to run the Sushi Bar!". From that point on it was ON! James took the reins and never looked back. Working at many different Sushi operations and with lots of Chefs over the years means that James has seen many different ways. Now "The Sushi Dude" takes all the knowledge from his past to provide a fusion that leads to superior quality Sushi made with Care and the Freshest ingedients!
